According to IFS, we have various parts within ourselves, each with their own thoughts, emotions, and beliefs.
IFS therapy involves exploring and developing a relationship with these parts to promote internal harmony and healing.

My Name is Jurij Kazantzis - I am Greek, American, German and I currently live in San Jose, Costa Rica.
I´m a Level 2 IFS (Internal Family Systems) coach.
As an IFS Coach, I accompany individuals discover their true selves and navigate their inner landscapes, by holding a safe space free of judgement.
I believe that each person possesses incredible potential to transform their lives,
which in turn allows self-discovery, healing, and growth.
